Rainforest Chiangmai Hotel - Chiang Mai

I enjoyed the charming traditional decor throughout the resort. The breakfast served a good selection, with fresh fruits and made-to-order items. The pools were well-maintained and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. It was like a peaceful retreat, even though we were just a short drive from the city. I encountered issues with the Wi-Fi only being accessible in certain areas, inconvenient. The bathroom in my room had a musty odor that detracted from the overall enjoyment. A bit more attention to room maintenance would really elevate the experience.

peacefull not congested n also not far away from the golf club which i am playing.

I think the breakfast need to inprove abit everyday the same;if stay 1 or2 day is ok.but for those who stay longer will get sick of the food.

very carefull hotel staff, good and full bufet brekfast, clean and cool pool. Very close to railway station, walking distance ~15min and ~15-20min to airport by taxi.

Peaceful, a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. The location offers a serene retreat, away from the hustle and bustle, yet a quick ride to the city center. I struggled a bit with the unusual design of the bathroom tap.

Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Decent price. Free internet available in the room. Quiet.

Not within walking distance to the city center, but taxi or tuktuk will get you there cheaply in a matter of minutes.

the room is dusty & noises outside the room can be heard clearly. location a little far from main road + no attraction nearby which can be reached by foot

Rooms had air conditioning. Free parking was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi was spotty nowhere near the pool.

our stay was great staff couldn't have been more helpfull it was situated in a quiet area within walking distance of markets & pennys for taxi to walled city

Enjoyed a lovely escape at the Rainforest Chiangmai Hotel with its lovely rustic charm. The two pools provided a serene spot to unwind. Breakfast options were plentiful, especially the fresh omelettes. While the shower temperature fluctuated, overall, it was a comfortable stay with helpful staff.

Spotlessly clean and accommodating staff that tailored each experience beautifully.

I liked that the staff let us join them in the back of a truck during Songkran festivities

TV was fuzzy, and the internet downstairs in the lobby was problematic

The room I booked was brand-new and extremely pleasant with separate toilet and a comfortable space to relax in plus a special bath. Location: the hotel was next to the Night Bazaar and Sunday Market as well as the main highlights. The breakfast was free of charge, the check in was fast.

Extremely slow WiFi!!! Hot water takes ages to reach the shower, and no windows in the room can feel claustrophobic. It's quite the trek to the city center, which might not suit everyone's preference!!!

We enjoyed the layout of the rooms. Free bus into Chiang mai night market.
